Oceanfront Accommodations
To live on an island is to take advantage of the views and experiences that surround you. Enjoy spectacular sunrises over the ocean out the front door and vibrant sunsets across the marsh out the back. These second row beach cottages are within walking distance of the ocean, pool, gym, pickle ball courts, and sand volleyball.
Housing
Enjoy Paradise.
Recently remodeled, these two properties share a common backyard, yet provide male and female students separate accommodations. Each home accommodates 5 students and House Parent(s). Both private and shared rooms are available. Each unit has its own kitchen, common living area, dining area, and back porch, as well as, in-house laundry. High-speed fiber optic internet allows students to stay in touch with family.
Amenities
Located both close to the ocean as well as close to Corakko Beach Club, the Melrose neighborhood is ideally located. Access to Corakko Beach Club facilities is included for Coastal SAT Academy participants. With access to the gym, pool, pickleball courts, and sand volleyball, being active is no chore!
Transportation
on Island
While morning classes, the beach, and Corakko Club amenities are all just a short walk away, there is much of the island left to explore! With more golf carts than cars on the island, biking is a very safe and enjoyable way to see the island. Each house will have access to two golf carts and several bikes.

Food
Each cottage is stocked with a wide variety of breakfast foods, lunch foods, and snacks so students have more flexibility and control over their eating habits. Dinners will be prepared for the group each evening, boasting a wide range of cuisines. Food preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions can be accommodated with proper notice.

Coastal SAT Academy's 2025 Program Runs July 12th - 26th
Tuition for 2025 is $6475 and includes the following:
